Not currently in use, as the Oklahoma City
franchise, renamed the Redhawks, moved to the brand new (but awkwardly
named) Southwestern Bell Bricktown Ballpark
for the 1998 season.
What's Good: I
honestly don't know, since I never saw a game there. After a ten-hour
drive, my friend Kevin and I arrived in Oklahoma City on a beautiful, sunny
July afternoon. The game, however, had been rained out -- the grounds
crew neglected to put a tarp over the infield the night before, and a short
but intense early-morning thunderstorm soaked the field.
What's Not So Good: The groundskeeping, I suppose.
