Stanley Coveleski Stadium    South Bend, IN
Dimensions:  LF:  336  CF:  420   RF:  336        Capacity: 5,000 (1999)        Opened: 1988

Stadium Minor League History:      Midwest League    1988-present

Current Status:  Home of the South Bend Silver Hawks of the Midwest League (single-A)

What's Good:  This is a very pleasant ballpark as far as the new stadiums go.  It's comfortable, the concourse runs behind the last row of seats so fans won't miss any of the game, and the food was decent.  Furthermore, the outfield wall is devoid of advertising (though a row of ads does exist above and behind the fence).

What's Not So Good:  I don't know if I just picked a bad night, but the fans seemed to have no clue what was going on.  Seriously, I can't even tell you how many times I overheard conversations like "which team is the Silver Hawks?" and "are we winning?"  It was weird.
