What's Good: Duncan Park is a throwback to another era. The grandstand, the roof, even the old concession areas and restrooms were charming reminders of the way ballparks used to be. The seats, too, have an interesting history -- since Spartanburg was a Phillies affiliate, Duncan Park inherited some of Shibe Park's box seats when that stadium was razed.
What's Not So Good: Not only did the stadium look and feel old, it was old. Players complained about the flooded dugouts and clubhouses, and despite the charm, a certain air of decay was quite apparent.
